Conditions of Use
1. The following general trading conditions apply to all contracts, supplies and other transactions. We hereby expressly do not accept any differing regulations. To be accepted any other special agreements require a written confirmation on our part.
2. Time of the contract conclusion: By clicking the Buttons - send order - deliver. An obligatory order of the goods contained in the order basket is created. The confirmation of the entry of the order follows immediately after mailing the order. The sales contract comes with my confirmation or supply of the goods.
3. Contract text: The contract text is stored. They can be seen along with our general conditions as per contract at any time on this site. Order data is not, for security reasons, available on the Internet.
4. Right of refund: If you reply within a period of under 2 weeks from the receipt of the goods. The return does not have to have any stated reason and can be in writing - E-Mail being sufficient - or via return of the goods. The punctual sending off is usually sufficient to meet these terms. Return address: Ulrich Biroth, Westfalenstrasse 9, 58762 Altena, Germany. Please ensure that returned packages have sufficiently postage appended, in order to avoid extra postage. I will immediately refund postage to you. If you are not satisfied with your order, it must be returned in the same condition that it was supplied, with the original packaging and sent back via a traceable carrier, it this is not done, I cannot give a full refund on the returned goods. I take over the costs of the returning goods, if it exceeds an amount of EUR 40. Items excluded from return are: - goods, which are made after personal specification or clearly are made to the personal needs or which are not suitable for a return due to their condition.

Guarantee: The guarantee is covered by and follows the legal regulations, whereby in case of a fault, I either deliver at a later date a replacement or send a substitute in the case of a lack of your first choice commodity. If the rework fails or if the delivered subsequently commodity is likewise faulty, then you can send the commodity for a full refund of the purchase price or keep the commodity at a reduced purchase price. Information about possible manufacturer warranties should be available in the product documentation.
6. Supply and payment the terms of payment and supply for "Zwerg vom Nettenscheid" are attached in the purchase order form. There is no minimum order quantity. For customers desiring postage by other than my normal means, additional charges may apply. The usual delivery times to be expected are normally appended to the Product description. If no data is given there, the despatch takes place within 30 days of the acceptance of an order. The agreement of longer delivery times at your request is possible. I will send partial deliveries to the extent that this is agree with and reasonable to the purchaser. In this eventuality additional postal expenses accrue only with express agreement.
7. Commodity delivery times, Orders are despatched within 7 working days of the receipt of an order. If the commodity should not be available, notification by email will be sent.
8. All property rights and titles remain with the company "Zwerg vom Nettenscheid" until full payment is received for goods.
9. Data security: I use your inventory data exclusive for the completion of your order. All customer data is stored and processed considering the relevant regulations of the Federal Laws for Data Protection -BDSG- and the Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes -TDDSG- by us. You have at any time a right to access, correction, block and deletion of your stored data or information. Please send your request to me by post or email. I do not pass on any of your personal data including your Postal address and E-Mail address without your express and at any time revocable consent to third parties. Excluded from this are my service partners, who require the transmission of data (e.g. mail-order house the assigned the supply and Credit card companies assigned etc) for the handling of your order. Even in these cases the range of conveyed data is limited as much as possible to the necessary minimum. In the Shop Cookies containing information about your customer data is only stored at your request, which can help with your next attendance.
